Unfortunately, the shop has declined in friendliness and service. In addition, despite data protection and postal secrecy, one of my parcels was illegally handed over to unauthorized persons. What a shame. Therefore only two out of five stars. I hope it gets better. However, from now on I will have my postal business looked after in a different branch.
