I have had 2 tax returns filed for this company. The easy handling and contact was positive. However, hardly any individual care was taken so that in retrospect a few hundred euros were not claimed by the tax office because in my opinion a simple 0815 declaration was made of how they could have done any 20 € program. There is no commitment to work for the customer and to get back the maximum amount of taxes.
