Last week I was at Ms. Scheer's after making an appointment about an heirloom that I would like to have redesigned. I am overjoyed that I came to her through a recommendation. I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands and my expectations were exceeded. Ms. Scheer responded to my wishes and recognized how important this piece of jewelry is to me. Your suggestions for the change have exceeded my imagination and I'm really looking forward to my new old heirloom. I was also able to take a look at their specially created pieces of jewelry and I am mega thrilled. Not only design is a top priority here, but also customer satisfaction. Thank you Ms. Scheer for this great experience and extremely friendly contact.

There was no reply to my e-mail, when I asked again, there was a snotty reply. In the snappy answer, reference is made to the opening times of the studio for the purpose of assessment, which are not professionally feasible. I only have to say: If you do not want to answer any e-mails, you should not enter an e-mail address on the Internet! Through her behavior, Ms. Scheer showed me that she is definitely the wrong person to change my beloved piece of jewelry. No interest in customers, customer service equals 0! EDIT: It wouldn't have been a problem at all if you hadn't responded so snuggly to my "Hello?". If I don't get a response to my first email, it is clear that my second email will be brief, if I don't even know if the email address is active ...
