I've been doing Pilates with Steffi on Thursdays for almost a year. Great course, nice students. You are always very welcome, a Pilates family ❤️. Always train different areas of the body, with the Terra Band, ball or a towel is enough 😅 How easy it is to train your body. In summer the course also takes place outside. Really great. 👍🏻 I am very satisfied and feel very comfortable with Steffi. Thank you 🙋🏼‍♀️

I have known Steffi's practice since it opened and I always enjoy going there. It has a wide range of massages that invite you to relax and unwind. I also find her offers for pregnant women and the period after pregnancy very good. All in all a very nice practice with an always friendly and competent physiotherapist

Great practice. Many offers for pregnant women and mothers with young children. Great and varied courses. I can only recommend.
