Storm damage reported in mid-October. Upon repeated request at the beginning of November, two roofers were finally on site and looked at the damage (a ridge tile blown off). Again we had to ask by phone. On December 15th, 2017 (about 8 weeks after the first report) the damage (like a ridge tile mentioned above) was repaired and invoiced with a proud 387.12 euros. Material costs only 17.03 euros. A requested cost estimate for another roof work was never (must be viewed in retrospect postiv). So you can not expand your customer base or be recommended.
