Communication is very difficult. My first experience that a company pick up the phone multiple times and hang up immediately without answering. Same by mail, no answer at all. You must be doing very good business if you can be that arrogant. Maybe is because im calling from the Netherlands. Unfortunately I will never know :(
I bought my new i20 at the Nagel dealership last January. The little one is running great and has now had its first service. The price was fair and I didn't have to wait long. I'll be back! :)
I have not expressed any criticism. I am not a customer of yours, it is a mystery to me how the evaluation came about because I cannot judge your service at all. I tried to delete the rating but it didn't work

We had our car there for inspection. It was great! Nice welcome, super organized, perfect flow. It took a lot of time to assume, small check in advance and the next day when picking up there was a sparkling washed and vacuumed car there. It was explained briefly what was done, there was a protocol. Everything else was entered electronically.
We are thrilled and will definitely be back !!!
