Very good customer service with advice even after the order has been completed, with the indication that something will not fit. Always happy.

Very customer-unfriendly shipping policy. Charge a flat rate of 6.9 € for shipping with DHL, although much cheaper, also insured shipping options, such as 2kg DHL package would be possible. On request, no letters can be sent for 2 stickers, although I would have assumed the shipping risk. Thus 7 € shipping costs, with a goods value of 6 €.

I ordered parts for a restoration project there. Paid directly with PayPal, the delivery was sent on the day of the order. you will be informed of the status by email. Everything great ! gladly again

Very nice father-son team. I felt very well advised there right from the start and the prices are completely okay. It is nice to have such a dealer on site, who also has many spare parts and accessories in stock. I am really excited! Picked up the Skymini today and I can hardly get out of the grin. The little things are almost more fun than the heavy machines :-)
