A shop full of mark name snobs. Do not think about turning up at this firm IF you dont want pioneer alpine etc etc. The arrogance from the employees is top. How they look down their nose if you DARE come with a pumpkin or android stereo. I visited this shop and asked if they would fit a stereo to my USA car. Long lecture on mark brands blah blah. I have my own radio. Will fit if Only it is a C E unit for Europe not Chinese Export. I have a European conformed stereo as I PREFER pumkin. Day off work and drive from Hamburg to Bunde with two cars on a FRIDAY. Only to be greeted by two so arrogant snobbish #"^&£?. Greeting or politeness absolute zero. Now they will not fit the stereo as its a pumpkin!!. Long story about warranty fires etc etc. It boils down to they are Absolute mark name snobs. BUT if you read this you arrogant narrow minded snobs. I wanted MY pumpkin radio fitted PLUS wanted all new speakers AND the doors sound proofed. Plus I need new speakers in my BMW 750il and also a bmw cabrio. So you lost out on a lot of work and money. Visit this store if you wish to be treated like dirt. Wish to recieve NO customer care and be treated with arrogance. Go if you wish to be ripped of blind but have pioneer or alpine!. Do not enter the store IF you have pumpkin or android stereo! Blauen dust🤔🤔. Your arrogance and mark snobbery showing straight away. I was already there AND was told no china export.but CE is acceptable. That was the whole reason we drove to you!!. Sadly its not a hummer h3. Your head is so full of your own importance you couldnt even get that right. If i wish to fit a billig china stereo to my H2 then who are you to turn your nose up?. Your arrogance and snobbery will be your downfall.

I bought a MOST / LWL decoder. Advice was perfect, so I was able to order the correct decoder straight away. It arrived 3 days later. Installation worked great, the device works perfectly. -> It couldn't be better

I drive a BMW 320d G20 as a company car. Not completely ignorant of the car hi-fi industry, but also not a professional, I was looking for a solution for my car where I could improve the miserable series system of the BMW with a good price / performance ratio. I had various email correspondence with consultations. The result was a slightly modified soundBasic package, which includes suitable adapter cables. The prices are very good and so is the turnaround time. I will prefer to buy in this shop in the future.
