Super nice people good quality good condition

I have never experienced a worse customer service! In September 2019 I ordered a BKS cylinder for my locking system from Mr. Mester. Announced delivery times were at least 6 weeks. When I had no information at the end of November 2019, I asked Mr. Mester. His explanation was that the order has not yet been received and he will ask BKS. This is said to have been a failure of a former employee. He would get in touch with me. On January 16, 2020 I contacted BKS to find out the reason for the delay. There I was told that there was no order. BKS then contacted Mr. Mester, because shortly afterwards the first contact was made and another apology. The locking cylinder should now be ordered and delivered immediately. Again I didn't hear anything about my order until early April 2020. On April 3rd, 2020 I got in touch with BKS again. There I was told that the locking cylinder had already been delivered to Mr. Mester in January. BKS expressed concerns in the conversation, however, because the locking cylinder ordered by Mr. Mester could not fit my locking plan. After a comparison, I could only confirm this. BKS offered me to create the lock cylinder and deliver it through the Meesenburg company in Lübbecke. This was straightforward and was done within a week. Many thanks to BKS for this. Mr. Mester, if I said "goodbye" I would be lying !! Your letter of apology dated April 16, 2020, in which you offer me your wrong order for a reduced price, should have been our last contact.

Unfortunately I have to give the Mester safety technology a negative rating. After I had discussed everything with Mr. Mester and immediately placed the order, I wondered why the goods did not arrive after 3 weeks ?! My stuff should actually arrive 2 weeks after ordering! So I thought, I'll call you! Mr. Mester told me he made a note that he did not have the measurements, even though he told me when ordering that he would take the measure from the old records! Well, Mr. Mester just had to call! And now I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for my stuff !!! I think that it is understandable that I rather order my things at another locksmith.
