All packages sent well. No known delay. Very helpful with small problems are solved quickly

No announcement of delivery. Of course, you don't sit at home for days waiting for the package. Delivery did not work. So far not bad. I was told I can pick up the package at the warehouse the following day without any problems and the next day I was told you would come back in the afternoon. Package is in the warehouse but the lady has more important things to do. It is rude to tell a customer that they are unimportant. Service = 0

An absolute joke! Not customer friendly, absolutely unreliable and incompetent.

Very unfriendly and disrespectful treatment by the staff, both on the phone and on site. Despite a telephone consultation, nothing was prepared.

I hereby award Mr. M. the title of the "most unfriendly parcel delivery agent of the year" at the end of the year. The unannounced express delivery arrived this morning but woe one is not "express" at the door! (I apologize very much that I was forced to put aside my sleeping sick baby and quickly throw something over before I could rush to the door.) The day just starts wonderful when you open the door in the morning to be insulted for no reason. When I got in contact with the company, I had a really understanding and friendly lady on the phone. It's a pity that others of their employees have apparently never heard of understanding and kindness.
