I can't say anything against the men (and women) on the vehicles. They do a strenuous job whatever the weather. And it is also human that one overlooks a full barrel and it is not emptied. But if you then want to talk on the phone on the same day in a friendly manner how the bin can still be emptied, and the person you are talking to on the phone at Berg reacts angrily and unfriendly, that is not good service. And the service becomes even worse if the bin is no longer emptied despite consultation. Before the answer to this review is: "Talk to us directly" - I have! And that was unpleasant and without result ...

I called Berg and wanted to bring my freezer over to dispose of it, I was told on the phone that I can bring it over for free. When I was there, I was asked for money to dispose of it, and if I had any questions I was told that I had misheard myself on the phone and that nothing was said.

It's quite a good place to get rid of his garbage. I liked it. The staff are also very helpful
