Nothing to complain about! Stephan Hartz stopped by and looked at the recently acquired piano, which was in need of overhaul, and then gave a rough price range. When I got back to work, I quickly suggested a date for the first vote and remove the mechanics, which he was able to install again a good week later. Tune again, a few more things improved / renewed and lo and behold: a pianist is able to express himself again with this piano! It finally feels good to play on this instrument. Even better than expected. So all in all very quickly, he stayed in (if not even below) the price range given before and, meanwhile, spread his spirits with his cheerful but honest manner. It was definitely not the last time he was here.
