Incredibly outrageous! Not recommendable! We have now brought a package to this branch for relatives abroad before Christmas. Two days later the package was back at our door. When asked in this branch, we were told that only sufficient postage was paid for Germany-wide shipping, although the address was given correctly. And then it got really bold. They not only refused to reimburse us for the wrongly calculated amount, they also blamed us for it because we should explicitly point out that the package is going abroad, after all, you cannot read through all the addresses. This resulted in unnecessary costs for us, unnecessary journeys and the relatives only get our gifts after Christmas. Thank you for absolutely nothing! Minus 5 stars !!!
