Insolence. Bought an E Scooter Denver 6 weeks ago. Once it was directly exchanged due to a broken valve. I have to mention I saved up on the scooter and have only had stress since then. The second time my rear brake / fender broke off while I was driving. Wanted to exchange this (2guarantee), then had to have two employees tell me that this is not true as I tell it. Allegedly I would have been on the e-scooter with two people or had an accident with it. Now it is sent in and I have to adjust from the beginning that I have to pay for the repair myself in the end. Thanks for that. NEVER AGAIN...
