demand horrendous prices and as soon as you have a problem no one is reachable ... Quality meanwhile miserable .... poorly qualified and unfriendly hotline ... one pretends quality with a renowned name. Never again!

Attention: The pinboard on Facebook by Teutonia is being beautified! Negative posts will be deleted! Teutonia is apparently a company that can not handle criticism ... Here is my personal report (statements from the dealer and Teutonia are reproduced from memory): I would like to write here what Teutonia means by its own philosophy (to be found on the Teutonia website under Philosophy). My wife and I have allowed ourselves to the birth of our child the luxury to afford us a stroller incl. Accessories and angle bag from Teutonia. We thought that we could do everything right with Teutonia. German workmanship from a renowned company ... At least we thought. Now after just 7 months of use, the angle pocket was already broken. A push-button for attachment to the stroller handle is torn off the handle when removing. And that, although we are going on vacation soon. Annoying. :-( Well, we thought so, something can happen, even with products from Teutonia. So we went to the local dealer. This informed us that unfortunately he can do no more than send the bag to Teutonia for repair. When asked when we will get back the bag, we got in response: "This takes FOUR weeks!" (Mind you for a faulty push button.) We have also warned the seller that we are going on vacation soon and are dependent on the diaper bag and have asked the dealer to ask once at Teutonia, if that could be repaired a little faster. The dealer's response after consulting Teutonia was even better: "Teutonia insists on the repair and wants us to return the bag, during which time we could use a basket or a bag as a diaper bag (according to Teutonia)." We'd better buy a new second diaper bag ... but then what do we do with the first ... hmmmm ... :-( I then emailed Teutonia directly and asked how we could speed up the repair, or whether it was possible to get another or a new bag as a substitute. Again, I have pointed to the upcoming holiday. The answer did not really answer my questions. Only the statement: "You must send the bag over the dealer to Teutonia for repair." Then I wrote back again, and asked if it was possibly possible to send the bag directly to Teutonia to save time at the dealer. Again, with the note that we are going on vacation soon and rely on the bag. Answer: "This is not possible!". :-( Each of the kids will appreciate the benefits of a diaper bag over a bag. Well, we will have to go on vacation with the defective bag, probably or badly ... That is what Teutonia understands by its philosophy of producing products that "... you can rely on in all circumstances." So for me, why spend more money on branded Teutonia products when other manufacturers offer comparable products for less? Certainly not because of the "better" service.
