In reality, the customer doesn't matter at J. Franken. In the commercial vehicle sales sector, the inability cannot be beaten. Written commitments, dates and contracts are not kept. The arrogance of the leadership towards customers is indescribable. Expenses incurred due to non-compliance with commitments are not offset. Dissatisfied customers and the market will decide on the 4th generation. Companies with this attitude will have no place on the market in the future.
