I sincerely apologize as it was a very stupid misunderstanding that I am burdened with.
The service was top, I was informed of all steps and my vehicle is still in top condition.
Thank you very much for the fact that, despite the dispute, there was a call to inform me that my papers were found in the rental car.
The next service will therefore take place at your place. Of course, I will come up with a nice excuse for the team until then.
I cannot agree with the positive reviews. One is treated with such a false friendliness that looks for the same. If you want to buy something, everything seems good, but as soon as you ask for something about the vehicle, you stand completely sideways and close. Especially since the dealership would certainly have the options. In my specific case, that meant I had to buy two new xenon burners plus control unit shortly after the purchase (3 or 4 weeks later).
In my opinion, the wrong approach to keep and win customers over the longer term. Hence once and never again.
