None of the previously visited workshops really found my problem with my Audi TT. BAC employees found the defective part on my turbo within a short time and repaired it to my absolute satisfaction and fair price. Not my last visit there, despite the distance from Recklinghausen. The way there was definitely worth it. Keep it up!!!

Super nice people, helpful and take time for you. Was previously in another workshop -> left a lot of money there and had no success. The fault was diagnosed at BAC Automobile and then professionally rectified and all for a great price. I can only recommend this company to everyone. Keep it up I got 5 👨‍🔧🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖👨‍🔧

Where should I start? When I'm impressed I like to go out. Last week I noticed on my car that the clutch on my car had to be replaced. Saturday the clutch was very noisy. Saturday I had a workshop look over my car. But I like to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion. I asked Facebook about workshops. I came across BAC Automobile. We wrote about fb. I have also written with other workshops. On Monday after a customer appointment I drove to BAC Automobile. I was greeted nicely by the owner. The entire property, cars, office and workshop were very clean. All the staff was nice. I was shown exactly on the screen and explained what was exchanged when a clutch was exchanged. The price was good. My TÜV was also slightly overdue. It was checked whether there were any defects. So I had BAC Automobile replace my clutch and the TÜV. The staff knows a lot about cars and their work. I felt comfortable and was treated well. The price that was mentioned was also the final price. The work was great. A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION FOR ME. I have now found a new favorite workshop. PRICE PERFORMANCE is top.
