Booking request for vans made one week before rental. Get a message 2 days before the rental that the car is not available. Then tried to reach someone by phone for over 2 hours. Nobody answered ... Then it was better to choose another rental

Friendly staff, great service. The car provided was fully equipped and in perfect condition. Some special requests (additional protective vest) were also met immediately. Unfortunately, I had to bring the rented car back after an hour because my business trip was canceled at very short notice, but here too the team was super accommodating and helpful. This was the first time that I had to rent a car in Hamm myself, but next time Avis will definitely be my first choice.
