Dark shapes run around there, very creepy and dirty, urine smell is everywhere and the light is strange too. It's better to park in the parking lot at the hospital. One of the most unsafe car parks, very dangerous regardless of the day. Something like this should be closed immediately. In addition, this is by far very expensive for this dump

The parking garage is not recommended. The stairwell smells of urine and cigarettes and what I noticed is that the homeless are sleeping

To completely lock the parking garage on a Friday noon until 5 p.m. is a cheek - where should we as residents who pay a monthly basic fee as long-term parkers because please stand permanently in the city center ?! A parking garage that is very narrow on two floors. The costs are okay for the city of Hamm. The parking spaces are often very narrow and with a compact car it is already very tight. With an SUV, I would look for another parking space. In addition, the drive through this parking garage is terrible, so many have overestimated themselves and now have scratches on their cars. You shouldn't have any valuables in your car, as some cars have already been broken into and license plates stolen. This parking garage is nothing for me. There are better and safer ones.
