I called there and wanted to have my dual mass flywheel including clutch renewed. However, I wanted to have a statement of costs beforehand to see what costs would come up to me. Should then send an email with a photo of the vehicle registration attached to process this request. Did this too and received no response yet. I think it's a cheek that you don't even get a short confirmation of receipt of the mail or that I'm still waiting for the offer. CONCLUSION: Apparently no great interest on the part of Vergölst due to too much wealth or how should one put it differently ........
