I just called there because the gas has been turned off in the basement since Saturday because of the smell of gas. In response, I got to hear ... no appointments available for non-customers ... The woman could not hang up quickly enough afterwards. Hopefully this company will close soon - due to a lack of orders. It annoys me that I had to give at least one star.

I am very disappointed. In November I called Paukstat and asked for a consultation for a new heater. The lady on the phone informed me that my colleagues are currently very busy, but "you" will definitely get in touch with me next, at the latest the week after next. So at the end of November at the latest - I thought. In December I called again, the same answer, "at the moment we are very busy, besides when did you call us, with whom did you speak, I did not write anything down here" Well, what can I say, it is February 9th and so far no one has contacted me. Apparently new customers or private customers are not as important or not lucrative enough. Too bad ... there are other companies too.
