Baby Profi - Baby Market Hamm

I have been a customer of the Hammer baby specialty store for years and I cannot understand bad reviews. We are always greeted in a friendly manner and given very good advice. In these difficult times, you should understand the sales people and be happy that they are there for you. I am offered advice every time and if that is not the case, you can contact me. And how can you get upset about not being offered a bag, think about the environment! Thanks for persevering!

Choice ok, prices ok but unfortunately bad advice from an employee, although it was in our interest to consider competent and professional advice as parents-to-be. An older lady greeted us and was nice at the beginning, but the lady who spoke to us didn't seem to be interested in advice, let alone in sales. My conclusion as a customer is that there was no interest in the advice or in the sale, for the most part the impression seemed to me that there was no will in the sale or in the needs of the customer. It was a shame for us the last time in this market.

A well-stocked baby shop. You can get something from every area you need for a good start in parenting life. BUT: For years I have been going to this shop every now and then to buy baby things for relatives, friends or for us various items (mostly I found what I was looking for), but unfortunately I was never well advised! It is possible that I always came across the wrong shop assistants. Basically, I always had the feeling that I was bothered by the fact that the women behind the counter preferred to talk about private matters. In the current situation with Corona, I had the feeling that I shouldn't have entered this shop with my 3 year old son. We have an active child who doesn't break anything or is unfriendly, but he likes to run through the corridors and doesn't stay quietly by the hand. Right away I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome again. When I entered the shop, I was told very unfriendly how we should behave. The Corona situation is not that easy for all of us, but we are always very careful with how we deal with it. Other shops manage to make someone sensible about the rules, it was probably not possible here! After a good 12 years in which I have tried again and again to get a better impression, I will no longer enter this shop, but rather go to such specialist markets in Münster or in other cities because I don't feel like it anymore!

Can't understand the bad reviews, the advice was very nice and courteous. When we were there all employees were in discussions or at the cash desk. We have definitely been approached 3 times, and then we found what we were looking for.

Unfortunately, we were not given advice either, we had to ask the shop assistants at the checkout who obviously had nothing to do (private calls and mobile phone work). As a new mom I want to buy everything right and am also willing to buy some things there if the advice is right. It's a shame, we will continue to go to the baby giant in Dortmund, although we also come from Hamm
