First things first ..... beautiful flowers that last a long time! But..... Flowers ordered for wedding. (Bridal bouquet / hair accessories / table decoration flowers). Flowers for decoration should be picked up by me in the morning before the civil wedding, which was scheduled for 3 p.m., as we wanted to use them to decorate the location for the wedding celebration the next day. (Pick up the bridal bouquet, hair arrangement before visiting the hairdresser in the morning on the day of the celebration so that everything is nice and fresh.) We live in Holzwickede ..... i.e. 25 km to Hamm. ("But for beautiful flowers and good service you like to drive a few more kilometers ..." thought my husband and I.) Nothing was ready or stored on the day of collection. Great - so we stood under time pressure without flowers to decorate. :( Another agreement ... on the day of the wedding celebration, when the shop opens at 9am, EVERYTHING should be ready for collection. My husband came to the store at 9 o'clock sharp. Of course nothing was really ready. Wait again, more stress. When my husband pointed out that "it was agreed that everything would be ready for collection at 9 o'clock ..." the only answer was "but we won't open until 9 o'clock"! Next disillusionment ... the hair arrangement had little to do with the actual wish and unfortunately the wire peeped out between the arrangement, so that my hairdresser had to help with artificial flowers :( The bridal bouquet itself was beautiful, but unfortunately had nothing to do with the lightness of the desired (previously shown by me) bouquet. Tiger lilies that should be included in the bouquet were a special request. These were in there, but unfortunately all still in buds. Due to the delay of one day, decorative flowers were no longer necessary, as we (since they were not available to us on the day of decorating) had to quickly buy other flowers at the discounter to set the tables. Such an unreliability is not possible at a wedding. I am very annoyed and had to pay 85 € for it (previous approximate price request was about 60 € ..... of course you calculate about 10 - 15 € more, but not 25 € more). We are definitely not fussy and mistakes happen. But at a wedding I expect a slightly different service, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines.

With the evaluation what went wrong it should be 5 stars plus I am from Stralsund and so much friendly help to prepare a surprise for the relatives and sooo uncomplicated and to my complete satisfaction I have not yet met many many thanks just to recommend MARIE
