I once bought a chain with a trailer - a high-quality one-off production, but never wore it because I didn't really like the connection of the chain to the trailer. then i made an appointment at the goldsmith wagner and described what bothers me and how i would like to have it redesigned. Then I was really well advised and commissioned the change - today I was able to pick up the chain and I am thrilled that it turned out really great. I am more than happy!!!
