Friendly and competent. Not overpriced (affordable service). I've already shopped here on various occasions or used services such as changing batteries or redesigning a piece of jewelry. Good advice service everything was great
Great disappointment experienced: Two more diamonds should be used in the wedding ring and the surface "refreshed", all on time for Christmas. The result was: The diamonds used were the wrong size, the distance was not correct and the brushed surface was over-polished, so made even smoother :-( How could this happen? Was the goldsmith drunk? The errors were immediately confirmed, but at Christmas it was nothing :-( After the correction the stones were finally correct and well used, but I liked the surface better beforehand, so a deterioration to the initial state :-( I really wish I had never gone to Liebehenschel. There wasn't even a refund.
