We were given detailed, patient, friendly and competent advice on the wedding rings we wanted. In terms of price, an accommodation was possible without hesitation. Communication by phone and email worked smoothly and without long waiting times.

It was a gift in the amount of about 500 ¬ for a lady wanted and the seller has very good advice and it was quickly found something suitable. On inquiry whether an exchange is possible, since it should be a gift, there was a clear "Yes" from the seller. Said the jewel would be bought.
It came as it had to come, the lady did not really like it. We went back to the shop, where we were told that is very small on the receipt that an exchange is only possible against a credit. This is on the receipt and is therefore visible only after the purchase.
Now we got after a long discussion, a voucher issued, on this is a number and to the sentence: "This voucher is valid only in connection with the receipt." That the receipt should now can not be located, we have given away the money.
So that's not the way to deal with customers. I think it makes more sense to shop in gift shops but if this piece of jewelry would have been ordered on the Internet, this could have been exchanged for 2 weeks free of charge (without a route etc.) and without any problem. This will be our approach in the future. Unfortunately, this will further extinguish the Hammer city center.
