You call them twice to ask if they pierce children's ears. Twice we were told "let's not make a problem". On site we are told that they only do it from a certain age. Never again!!

The good prices tempted me to order a watch in the online shop. I didn't even get an order confirmation and the order wasn't processed for days. There was no response to contact. A no-go for a 24-hour online shop. The watch was only sent after switching on PayPal. This arrived without a manual, which was sent back to me by post after contacting me. However, other documents typical of a new watch, such as a price tag or warranty card, were also missing. 2 stars for the watch itself, because I like it, the service and contact is a disaster.
