I was very well advised and the salesmen were very knowledgeable. My wishes and price requests were respected and I even cheaper alternatives were offered, if I want that. I was really happy with the service and even had to pay less than I expected. Top!

It was promised 1 month ago to calculate 1 to 1 if I want to buy something else and exchange it. Nevertheless, today I was cheated of 500 euros. No receipt and no data storage, so the state is cheated too. I warned two families to whom I had only recommended this jeweler for bulk shopping for a wedding to go to the honest ones on Bahnhofsstrasse. Reclaimed gold will be sold on .....
