I once sold gold there with my wife and was very satisfied with the advice and the price, at that time there was a young bright man in the shop who was there to advise and advise us. So I recommended my aunt's shop to sell your tooth gold. But yesterday we were ripped off. When we came to the empty lands there was a bored woman behind the counter, who played with your phone. It gave the impression that we were disturbing. Then my aunt gave her the tooth gold and without any information or conversation or test of the gold, put the gold on the scales, typed on the calculator and offered 15 euros. Before I could raise an objection because it seemed too little, my aunt accepted the offer. After my aunt signed a piece of paper, I asked if we could at least get something with, for example, the weight etc. Then the bored woman took the gold tooth, threw it on the scales and said 2.3 grams. So not only bored but also in a bad mood. And that was it, short, painless, shoot. I don't know if the woman had your days or had bad news on your cell phone before, but that's not how you treat customers, sorry. In the evening at home I googled the current dental gold prices and it would have been even for 2% gold have to give at least 16 euros in the teeth. And who knows, maybe the gold content was even higher, there was no test. Blame yourself, could have googled beforehand. However, the sale was a short-term decision. It is sad that you are being ripped off as ignorant, or at least the feeling of being ripped off. So I can no longer recommend the shop and unfortunately I have to give at least one star. And going again and questioning doesn't help, we have no proof of the tooth gold sold. (Everyone could just go there). Too bad that a bored, bad-tempered woman can ruin the reputation of a shop.
