Best park. Child friendly. Plenty of playgrounds (including a water playground). Small train to ride on summer Sundays. Enthusiasm for young and old. Well laid out with an excellent butterfly house. Former colliery site. Glass elephant. Laundromat. Arena. Mini lake. Events spread over the year. One should experience the park.

Parking right in front of the door ... Of course you have to be lucky. Otherwise the main parking lot is not far away either.

Light weeks in Maximilianpark. A very nice implementation of lighting concepts. There is much to see. Light objects, illuminated trees, illuminated buildings and also the glass elephant look really good in the dark. It was a very nice evening in Maximilianpark with friends and my little family.

In close proximity to the entrance. Wheelchair accessible! Despite the autumn lights event, there are still enough parking spaces available.
