I was served by a tall, thin, blonde, a bit older employee (I don't know her name that's why I describe her appearance). My impression is only from their work with clients and I can say it was a complete tragedy. I would describe this employee as incompetent and extremely slow in their work. The case was as follows, I had to send an envelope of papers that required my identification with my ID. I am a foreigner and I legitimized myself with my passport and then I also showed my ID. After everything was ready (15 minutes later) I signed the document and she told me that she refused to send the documents because part of my signature is not the same as this one of my passport. How does this story end? I had to go to another Deutsche Post branch and came across another good employee. He did the job for five minutes and everything was done. Visiting this branch was a waste of my time and my nerves! 👎
