Friendly staff
1 star is already generous, the girls on site have no feeling for service and customer communication. Unfriendly as soon as something deviates from the simplest standard.
Often snotty and unfriendly answers. If you deviate from the standard process by just a millimeter, you will be rebuked.
It can also be done in a more friendly and customer-oriented way.
Very bad dealing with customers. Was treated like I was stupid there. DHL and Amazon shared my point of view when asked if there was a problem, but the lady present at the post office insisted on her right.
The employees in the branch also lost my parcel even though DHL confirmed on the phone that it had been dropped off at the local branch.
Load really bad.
Very friendly staff.
Especially Ms. Wolf has helped me despite the high rush to the afternoon hours incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She has taken a lot of time for my concerns and helped me great. I think it's such a good job to do in our current situation.
