3 out of 4 parcels (over the last 8 months) that I sent from there remained in the branch for several days.
Twice I even went back to ask what was going on, but they always said the parcels had long been picked up. Strangely, usually something happened to the package right after my visit there.
Really annoying, especially when you have to explain yourself to the recipients.
DHL Shop do not accept really large parcels (120x60x60)
No QR code scanner for returns or anything else then you don't need to offer it

There is no device for printing the parcel label, which is scanned via QR Code.
Accordingly, I could not deliver packages there, in another Kaufland in the same city this is easily possible.
After calling the DHL Service Hotline, I was advised to print out the parcel label available via PDF in an internet cafe ...
