I am enthusiastic about the competence, friendliness and the shop design. There is everything from passport photos, tasteful gifts, tobacco products and accessories. To count everything up would go beyond the scope here. If you need help at the photo terminal, there is always a helpful employee on hand. An absolute recommendation from me. See for yourself. Incredibly nice employees and owners. I always feel that I am in very good hands and advised. They take a lot of time for questions and are always friendly and customer-oriented in personal contact. I always love going there to send parcels and letters. And as a bonus, it's really great that you can now have photos printed there. Thank you for so much competence.

Very bad dealings with customers. Was in the branch today and forgot my mask, I asked politely for a mask that they didn't give me but wanted to sell for 1.50 euros ... Furthermore, my package was not accepted because it was supposedly too small. A short time later the boss came around the corner (without a mask) and offered me to send the whole thing as a maxi letter, the whole thing for just under 8 euros. Then I was able to hand in my package to Hermes without any problems and that for 4 euros, they were so nice and even gave me a mask.

Actually, the post office at Dohmwirthhof 2 in Hamm would be the closest for me. Since the service there is catastrophically poor, it is better to drive a few minutes longer to this post office in Bockum-Hövel, as the service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees are really very good here.
