So I don't often miss words. BUT this post office is really not recommended. The staff is in a bad mood and rude no matter what time of day! When you return a package, you feel undesirable. Normally I would say just change the branch. But if you are a worker and you have to pick up your parcel there the next day you desperate about the opening hours! The opening times are absolutely not employee friendly! I always have to hire someone to pick up my package. All in all not to be recommended!

Unbelievable, no wonder that there is always new staff there, the boss always seems annoyed even with my colleagues because I wouldn't want to work either! The colleague was very nice and helped me further.

Impossible staff. Allegedly, the shipments cannot be accepted due to incorrect dimensions / outer packaging, without any problems in other branches. Really outrageous

I have always been served in a friendly and competent manner. If customers violate the MASK obligation (no handkerchief or sweater obligation), they have to be reprimanded. Mutual respect is our top priority in the current situation!

Absolutely unfriendly shop. The burly brunette boss gets loud and outrageous quickly. How can you allow yourself to deal with customers like that ?! Complaint to the post went out by email ...
