Pizza lavishly topped and very good taste. Food always ready to be picked up at the specified time. Staff are friendly and the output area looks very clean

The food is almost always late, and if you call to see how things are going with your order, you will either be lied to, "Driver is about to leave", or just yelled at. Absolutely outrageous and a shame because the food tastes good.

Waited 3 hours for the food! And what happens next: The casserole contains broccoli instead of cauliflower; Pizza rolls are charred and rock hard. Conclusion: after 3 hours of waiting there was no food for me - very disappointing!

Shortly in advance, I've known Udo's pizzeria since it opened, I even knew the previous owner, so I can assess the development quite well. We ordered two dishes on Saturday 6:40 pm. After a call at 9:16 p.m. it was said that it would start in 4 minutes. It then arrived at 21:55. Over three hours, for two dishes is too long even for a Saturday. Especially if 50 minutes are given in advance. Unfortunately, while eating, there was further disenchantment. Pizza rolls rock-hard and partly black, hardly edible. One dish was wrong, the other really bad compared to the rest. I've read through the other reviews and unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews here. It's a shame that Udo is developing like that, but under these conditions we probably ordered the last time (after 16 years) from here.

I haven't seen anything as bad as today (03.10). According to Lieferando, delivery was called 22.25. (1.5 hours) Arrived much earlier, is also OK.! Only if the pizza is not through and limp. Don't bring me this sooner. I'd rather wait 15 minutes longer and have a decent, tasty pizza.
