Incredibly friendly, particularly quick and completely different from what you would expect from a craftsman company, it is actually 100% reliable and fair. Despite full capacity, a timely appointment was found. Just great! In Hamm and the surrounding area I would never use another roofing master again. Thanks a lot!

For me 2 VELUX windows were installed including automatic blinds. From the advice on the offer, the execution (from friendly and competent staff) to the aftercare ... PERFECT !!! It could not be better! Although "only" private person and order volume - compared to company orders - low, nevertheless an unexpected customer orientation! Service and customer friendliness limitless! The grade 1+ (with stars) but for the later "aftercare" !!! Questions: "was everything okay?"; "Can we do something for you"; "Sign up for problems"; ... Hard to believe that such a thing still exists today at a craft business. Thank you !
