Total catastrophe, the old Netto on Wilhelmstrasse was definitely no worse. The staff there was friendlier and in a much better mood. There will definitely not be a new purchase in the branch, Dortmunder Str. !! 0!

The shop and especially the room with the deposit machine are very neglected. With a few exceptions, the staff is unfriendly and gives snotty answers. Some of the drinks pallets are so dirty that you cannot touch them. Update December 2020 After getting better in the meantime, I found absolute chaos in the drinks corner with PET 6Packs! I actually wanted to buy more there, but then left everything and decided on Aldi nearby.

Unfriendly staff. Promotions sold out after an hour, no information where items are. Better not go to Netto anymore
