Highly recommended! TOP service and unparalleled communication, plus fair prices! Some time ago I bought a Dometic Seitz S4 vent window (1200x300mm) from Caravan Elements Dalchow. As luck would have it, delays in production at the manufacturer Dometic (Corona) and the associated delivery difficulties to Caravan Elements ultimately resulted in a delay in delivery to me. I would like to emphasize here that Caravan Elements communicated this delay immediately and that the payment I had made in advance was reimbursed immediately and without request. This was explained by the managing director, Mr Dalchow, in a message that was exemplary in terms of correctness and customer friendliness, in which he personally apologized in all forms for the inconvenience. In addition, I was offered to deliver the window as soon as possible as soon as it could be received from Dometic again and, in this context, instead of - as usual - to pay in advance, to allow a payment period of 14 days. Although it was a first order. In addition, in the course of this time I was charged the newly adjusted VAT rate of 16% instead of the old rate of 19% that was still current when I placed my order. All this was accompanied by regular, always friendly and detailed information on the current status of the order and finally the window arrived undamaged and flawless.
