I have had a new heating system installed with a solar thermal system. From my point of view everything went well organized, the arrangements with roofers, chimney sweeps, scrap dealers, field service of the heating supplier etc. went smoothly, every trade was on site at the right time, after the work was done properly, there was no rubbish left behind . My wishes were taken into account without a murmur. The offer was kept. I then let the group swap the toilets :) I'm very satisfied and see no reason to change, thank you!

It took a long time to get an appointment to clear a blockage for the toilet installed by the Unterstab company. The work as such was done well, at € 140. however, billed very expensive. When I noted this with the company after paying the invoice, I received a snappy reply and the note that people would not like to deal with such orders anyway and that I would be happy to look for someone else in the future. As the answer to the recession before me shows, the secretariat urgently needed training in friendliness towards the customer.

Phoned the boss several times to make an appointment to install a bathroom. There was never any feedback. I'm just wondering why Because 10 years ago the company installed our entire house once. It wasn't the distance at the time either. If there is no interest or there is not enough time, you can at least let them know. In this wasted time, we could have looked for another installer. Unfortunately very unreliable. There is probably chronic wealth here, since there is obviously no interest in work or customers. Pity!!! Addendum: I said chronic wealth in money and not time written by you. What do my reviews from Google have to do with your company ??? Apparently I would be right and there is no interest on your part in customers, otherwise you would not be talking so pompous.
