It is my birthplace, is beautiful, the place has a long, interesting chronicle, good transport links and if you come to Effolderbach, you will be welcomed by the high church tower!

The slender church tower of the Evangelical Church in Effolderbach is clearly visible: the view goes into the Nidder Valley, fertile land thanks to the thick loosening layer. The photo taken from the pilgrimage route, the first dirt road after crossing the tracks of the Lahn-Kinzig-Bahn. The steep climb is worth it. Below is Konradsdorf with foundations from the remains of the castle, the outer shell of the former Premonstrant monastery, one of the most important Romanesque buildings in the Wetterau region. It is the domain of the state, now home to the Kleeblatt farm shop. The aim is to grow and market more regional products and to support interested farmers in organic farming. Nature and cultural history merge into a harmonious unity, may that be preserved.
