Simply great, that's exactly what I imagine service to be. Here you are not a number, but are addressed personally. Somehow very familiar, even coffee is included. The service and the service are worth the price in the truest sense of the word.
As a die-hard Audi driver, I've been driving my new Golf for a few weeks now. And it's great. 😁 Tim Sturm listened to me, understood and implemented 👍👍👍👍. He found the right car, the perfect equipment and the right price / performance ratio for me. I in no way regret the change. I think this will be a long-term partnership with the Erlenhof car dealership, because I feel very well looked after by Mr Sturm.
