Excellent service, exactly on par with the Volvo name and what you would expect. This is my second time bringing the car in, and its amazing the efficiency and transparency of the team with planning and executing all appointments from the yearly service to the emergency repairs. After leaving a horrible review to the MTS in Oberursel for non existent customer service, these guys have made up for it. I even moved my summer tires and all future work with Volvo to these guys. Top work, and great service! Thank you all!

Very good advice from Mr. Schmahl, a likeable seller. A test drive was possible without any problems even though we arrived too late for our appointment. Unfortunately this time the vehicle was not bought, but maybe the next time.
