Good one with bad opening hours
Was actually always satisfied. But now I certainly don't go into the shop anymore. In the summer when my mother bought a coffee machine, a credit card came in the mail a few weeks later. Called the operator there, who explained that they would have been there for the contract we signed. However, no one was informed of this in the market. For the multi-guarantee that we signed with, we were only given a slip of paper, the rest would come by e-mail. Yes, nice that it had over 30 pages in the e-mail, probably with the card. But you can't read it beforehand because the consultant is not allowed to / doesn't want to print it out, however. They fired the second shot when I sent my cell phone in for repair. It was said that I shouldn't be irritated by the € 30 personal contribution on the slip, the multi-guarantee would cover this. When I got it, the staff took the € 30 although I can prove a witness when sending it in, who can confirm that the counselor said this. When I talked to the store manager about it over the phone. Did he think he would sort it out and get in touch the next day. That should be Thursday, today is Sunday. Apparently, the market is all about money instead of making customers happy. So I can get rid of my money elsewhere!
