A few weeks ago I bought 2 mattresses with accompanying slatted frames. I first got advice over the phone and then made a decision.
I ordered online and was able to pick up everything 2 hours later.
It worked flawlessly, I was even helped with the loading. I packed two pillows and matching bed linen on site.

You order something in the store that the seller can still order. Unfortunately, you don't get any information that this is not the case. No call, no email. Service means something else.
