We already have a couch and a coffee table from Bullfrog and now also a bed and we are absolutely thrilled. The workmanship is high quality, the service was friendly, uncomplicated and competent at all times! Next comes the garden furniture, which we will definitely buy again in Michelau. The furniture is individual, well thought out, chic, high quality and finally something other than the boring mass-produced goods in the department stores ... just as we wanted it to be!

Keep your fingers off Bullfrog products and you'll save some disappointment. Top seats are forbidden! The padding was already flat after 3 months. In the not exactly cheap upholstery group the cheapest of all upholstery foams was installed. This is one of the points to be criticized - another - testifies to Monday's work at the manufacturer: The upholstery was put upside down in the cover! The down-mounted pouch mounted on it contained more foam than down. Here it was omitted to install a barrier from the seat to the faces. Conclusion, the down filled on the seat shifted by sitting on the tops of the pillows. This creates an unsightly wrinkling, which can not be removed even by knocking. A clear defect! What bothers most is the behavior of this company. She relies consistently on sitting out and does not offer a hand to solve the problem - resp. Apparently even with a cost sharing is not willing to provide a new upholstery.

We were really looking forward to our sofa, but unfortunately the workmanship is a pure disaster. Upholstery is not good and is constantly shifting as noted in the other review! So it seems to be a recurring problem with this brand! Our cheap sofa from the furniture house had better upholstery after 10 years! But the nightmare is the reference, it pills and pills and pills. Something like that simply cannot be processed and it was sold to us as an easy-care cover! I wrote to Bullfrog several times and complained about it but only received a message that I should process the cover with a lint razor, then the problem would be solved. Unfortunately this is not the case and the lint reappears after a short time. Stay away from the company, as the customer service does not seem to want to respond to the customers and does not take product problems seriously !!! I will now contact the European Consumer Center.
