A very good clinic for me. Very nice staff and 24-hour support through CO therapy etc. is guaranteed. I felt very well cared for here and individual needs were catered for. There is a fixed daily structure with a plan to prepare for the next day. You are well instructed in the individual treatments and always supported in case of problems.

I spent 10 days here for moderate pain therapy and can only give the top grade. Nowhere have I experienced such a patient-friendly therapy every therapist deals with your pain exactly, there is no extensive care from the treating doctors anywhere. I came home with a pain rating of 7/10 and went home highly motivated and very happy with 2/10. From the cleaning staff to the registration of therapists, ward staff, doctors, etc. I did not meet any unfriendly people and this is reflected in the whole atmosphere of the clinic. I say thank you for this stay and would be happy to come back anytime.

After my mother tested positive for Covid19 there. Did the hospital staff ask you for me to pick you up there. That very shortly after she was operated on on the hip. Infection protection not available, competence is zero

After a stroke, my mother has been in the clinic for rehab for 4 weeks. I cannot thank the nurses, therapists, doctors and the ladies in the patient admission department enough. From the beginning I had the feeling that my mother is in good hands there and is making really good progress. This is an incredible relief for relatives at the moment. Especially after running the gauntlet in the hospital. Dear team of the Schön Klinik Bad Staffelstein: Take care and stay healthy!

Some of the nurses will be perfectly happy that the clinic is closed to visitors. Will the relatives notice how badly some nurses treat the patients? Aggressive nurses should not be let loose on needy patients!
