The earrings are shot so loosely, so the kidis lose them while sleeping or playing and putting them on until you as the parent notices they are already closed and then they will only be stung again after a year ..... really sad
Very nice, competent, courteous and child-friendly staff!
Can recommend this jeweler without further ado. Stings pierced ears for small children with care and a lot of empathy and both ears at the same time. The kids then also get a certificate of courage and followers.

I would never buy a watch from Daniel Wellington (DW) again: terrible customer service.
However, I would always go to the Schwahn jeweler. In a customer-oriented manner, they then exchanged my bracelet as a goodwill gesture and straightened what DW's customer service had screwed up.

Absolutely unfriendly .. 'advise' from the top down, are outrageous and absolutely selfish..nothing to the customer .. I would not recommend the shop ..
