The task was to convert a 30-year-old bathroom with toilet and sauna - completely. I.e. everything out including screed and underfloor heating and new construction. The craftsmen Görtler and Schramm from Bad Staffelstein, the tile company Lavita from Wandersleben and the plumber Spörl from Untersiemau and painter Vogt from Stetten met with us. A schedule was drawn up and everyone worked hand in hand within 4 weeks. Not a minute of idling was noticeable and the new dream bathroom was completed on time. The sauna builder company B and S from Dülmen set up the sauna. Only the glass wall to the shower was a bit long in coming - we had ordered too late. The entire renovation was completed on schedule and at the specified costs. The only "annoying" were the craftsmen who were already standing in front of the door at 6.45 a.m. worked until 8 p.m. So (!!!!) a conversion must take place. Thanks to everyone involved.

If there is no more space, you have to create new ones. This is what we thought when planning to convert the barn next to our existing house (border development). We already know the company in our parents' time, so there was a certain amount of trust in advance. So everything was quickly started and the work began. But lo and behold: the barn had no foundation. Fortunately, this was quickly recognized and acted on before major work was started. The conversion of the barn has now turned into a new building, which was connected to the existing house by a house breakthrough. In the end, that was the best solution for us, especially because Görtler and Schramm also carried out the demolition. We were very satisfied with the work, and we still are. We can only say good things about the employees. Everyone was very friendly and worked properly.
